The Community Liaison Program coordinates and participates in the following activities:

• Our 55+ seniors program offers free transportation for: 
  • Medical needs
  • Shopping needs
  • Hamper deliveries
  • Banking needs
  • Outings to community and cultural events
• We assist to seniors in filling out applications for CPP, Old Age Pensions, Income Tax, Housing, 55 Plus and SAFER.

• We offer home visits to see how you are doing and to see if we can help you with anything.

• Our community liaison program is committed to working within the region, through:
  • Outings to community and cultural events 
  • Liaising with interested groups and individuals
  • Encouraging community participation in activities
  • Sitting on various community committees to promote and enhance the well-being of the aboriginal community
  • Networking to build contacts
  • Identifying and connecting with other services and supports
