We are Property Managers for 78 Manitoba Housing units.

•Eligible clients are those who cannot afford or obtain adequate and suitable accommodations

•Eligible applicant clients are interviewed and those approved are offered rentals as they become vacant.

•Families pay rent based on the Province’s Rent-To-Income Scale.

oGenerally, families pay a basic rent of 27% of their total family income.

oThis rent covers the cost of a fully serviced unit supplied with heat, washer, dryer, fridge, and stove.

oRent may have minor adjustments added to it
